I agree with my sis. To break fast at home is sooo miserable, with only me and hubby around. My two kids, they are there too, but only to disturb us while we are eating. 5 minutes before, break fast, I would have already put the food on the dining table. When my kids saw it, both of them would be very eager to sit on the chair. Rayyan would be shouting and bugging me to let him sit and eat. I ignored him because I would normally wait for hubby to come back n break fast together.
I would gave them a small plate with a small portion of rice. Before I came back from work, they have already eaten. That is why I only gave them a small portion for them to eat.
Rayyan will eat and mess up the place at the same time. The dining table will be messy with foods, same goes to the chair and the floor. We have a lot of cleaning to do after breaking fast. My FDW will be in charge of washing the dishes, I, clean the table and hubby, sweep the floor and mop it.
After that, time for us to relax and watched tv. I thought this weekend, I would like to break fast and other people's house, maybe Aunt Rita? I believe my Sis has the same opinion as me.....
It's been a long time since I update my blog.
Just started a new job. So far so good at my new workplace.
Nice colleagues and my Supervisor too, she's a nice lady.
She stayed in Jurong West too, near my place.
My designation is called Happy Call Agent. Funny right?
It's a Korean company and they got this funny name. Seems like I'm a clown working in a circus.
But in Singapore, since they find the names funny, they change it to Customer Relations Associate.
EEmmm sound better....
It's a hectic day for me these past few days.
Mom was hospitalized and was discharge on Saturday afternoon.
Everyday, I would go and visit her after work. It's tiring but it's for my mom.
I pitied her. Only Allah knows how she feels...I don't want her to feel lonely in the hospital.
Mom has been suffering with a lots of illnessess. One after another. She has to take a lot of medications.
She laughs, she smiles but I believe she just putting up a strong front. I prayed for her to get well soon.

The day has come. I hated this day to come but since this is my own decision, I let it go through once and for all. Yesterday is my last day of work but I didn't go there to work, instead I went there to clean my workstation, packed all my personal belongings in a box to be brought back.
Also to bid them goodbye and to return back my uniforms. I was surprised when my Supervisor gave me a small gift. It's from my ex-colleagues. I'm so touched, nothing came out from my mouth. I didn't expect that. I just didn't know what to say. I looked at the gifts and finally the word 'Thank You' came out.
The Gift & The Cards:-

However, I manage to control my emotions. Until I approached my ex-colleague, Rahima. We are very close, we lunch together most of the times. We always arrange lunchtime where we can lunch together at 1pm. Sometimes, Its not possible due to shortage of staff. During lunch,we confide with each other on whatever problems that we have. She's the only person, that I can look for and tell her everything.
I cried when I approached her, say thanks for the whatever she has done for me and sorry for whatever petty quarrels that we have. Petty quarrels, yes, we do have, but not for long definitely. Its over work issue and would normally last for few minutes if not few hours.
I continued to cried when I approached the rest of my colleagues. So sad.. to leave them...but like what I have said earlier, this is my own decision.
I'm down with runny nose.

and cough

I have applied for so many jobs since early August. Not even one called me for an interview. What happened? Am I not suitable enough?
Maybe its because I did not possess a higher qualification? 24 Aug 07, I submitted my resume again.
10-15 minutes after that, I received a call.
I thought it is just an agent who want to talk to me about insurance, but to my surprise, a lady, Ms Evy called me to come down for an interview.
Appointment was made on the 29th Aug. After the interview, as per normal, told me to wait for call.
Nearly a week, no call from her. So I thought if I still could not get a job, I intend to apply one at the NTUC Supermarket.
Just like my Aunt Mida. She got a job there and guess what? She lost a lot of weight after she started work there. Nah...just joking.
I believe her weight lost is due to a handling a lot of task on her own such as housework, taking care of children and working part time.
Wanted to give up when suddenly ....kringgg....my heart beat very fast.
Got the job?
She said, "Suhaida, we would like to offer you the job. Please come down to sign the contract."
Ha..No more interview. Will start work on 17 Sept 07.
Worst thing is that, after I got the job, about 3-4 company called me up for an interview. Some even offer me a better salary. UUurrgghhh!!!! So frustrating..
Got to expand my wardrobe. No more wearing uniforms.

PARTY TIME
It has been a long time since I met my Secondary school friends.
So, we decided to meet up at my house on Friday, 31/8/07.

I cooked...ooopppss..my maid cooked fried beehoon for them even though they told me not to cook anything.
It's ok since they just came back from work, I believe they have not taken their dinner. Kesian dorang...

They shared money and ordered pizza. Eeemm..dah lama tak makan pizza.

We had an enjoyable time together, talking about our old school days, gossiping..ooppss.
Bila nak jumpa lagi...each and everyone of us are very busy with our daily routine.
