26 February 2008

It has been 2 days. I wanted to eat sandwich for lunch, but I can't get to eat it. The auntie at the canteen told me that the sandwich which she ordered has finished. Its only 12pm, and all the sandwich has finished?! Incredible!!!

No sandwich means no lunch for today!

This is Rayyan. He looks just like Marsya when Marsya is around 2 yrs old. Many people had commented that Marsya and Rayyan look like twins. Really?

Marsya - Bought the specs for her few months back. She chucked it in the toy box. She saw hubby wearing sunglasses, and she suddenly remembered that she has one too. Forced me to look for it. How I hate to look for small toys/items in the toy box. The box is so full of toys! Everytime I throw some of the toys away, the box will soon become full again. I felt like throwing all the toys away!

On our way to my sis's house. I'm going to my uncle's funeral and decided to put up my kids at my sis's house. Hubby put on the Songkok, Rayyan want to put on one too. Same goes to Marsya. I put on the headscarf. But I didn't took a photo of myself. Too pretty to be published in the blog..ha...haa. If anyone want to know how I look like wearing headscarfs, just take a good look at my mom. Its the same! Like mother, like daughter!

With my darlings..Aren't they cute? And I'm even cuter!LOL!

The Hidden Talent
23 February 2008

There's 2 singers now in my house! Hubby is training them to be a "professional" singer! Rayyan seems to be singing a rock song.

It so fun looking at them. With all sorts of actions that they make, it makes me laughed.

Actually, hubby and I wanted to karaoke. It has been a long time since we karaoke together. The kids saw Hubby installing the cables, they started to disturb him.

From what I've seen and monitored so far, Marsya can become the singer and Rayyan the dancer. He will moved to the beat when a song is played. For Marsya, she memorizes the song's lycrics very fast.

Yesterday, she sang a song that she learnt at school. She has never sing that song before when suddenly inside the car while on our way to fetch my parents for dinner, she sang it loud and clear. Its a song about monkey!

It goes like this -

1 little monkey jumping on the bed.
1 fell down and bloke(broke)its head.
Mama call the doctor and mama said
No more monkey jumping on the bed!

Even hubby and I have memorised the lyrics in just a few hours! Dad and mom heard her sing and laughed heartily.

Sell or not to sell?
22 February 2008

My parents disagreed with our decisions to sell off our flat.
They strongly disagreed, giving us lots of negative reasons to it. I believe they have a good intention by doing all this. They just don't want us to burnt our fingers and regret later on.

Especially my dad. I don't know why? But in fact, me too, are against the idea. I loves the place. Even though, the place is still not fully equipped with the facilities like the wet market, LRT, I still loves the neighbourhood.

After my parents coaxed us not to sell, I can put my mind at ease. If not, I will always keep thing on whether to sell or not. My heart says 'NO' but hubby insist as he want me to take care of the kids instead. I'm really stuck in between.

Hubby has to follow my parent's decision as he doesn't dare to go against their idea as a form of respect to the in-laws. Hubby believes is showing respect and listen to the elders as it will save him from getting into any trouble along the way. Futhermore, my parents have been helping us since the day we bought the house.

The television set at my house - was bought by my parents. The same goes to the dining table. If not because of them, I think till today, me and my family will be having our dinner on the floor instead.

I'm proud and happy to have them as my parents.

My Valentine
15 February 2008

A bouquet of artificial roses from my valentine! Even though its fake, I will still treasure it. Its better than real ones, right? It won't withered, the same goes to our loves for each other. Important thing is the though that counts.

Its a surprised from hubby! It didn't cross my mind that he will buy something for me. I even forgot that yesterday is a Valentine's Day. I was watching the TV with my kids when suddenly hubby pop up with the bouquet, in front of my face somemore!

For him, there's nothing as I've not got my salary yet! So frustrating! Make a call to my agent and she said that they are closed since CNY and just came back yesterday. Wah! If this goes on, I might just quit from work!

Hubby and I had problems with our domestic maid. We intend to send her back home. And i will be taking care of the kids. But hubby suggest that to proceed with this, we had to downgrade our flat to 3 rm so that there will not be much expenses on the bills. We are still considering. 3rm?

My colleague has given birth a baby girl yesterday. Its on valentine's day! Can celebrate both occassions together.

I'm Back!
13 February 2008

I'm back! It has been sometime since I update my blog.

Been too busy, very, very busy. Where are the snapshots that I took at the beach during CNY?

I did took a few snaps at the beach, but for today updates will still be pictureless.

Maybe tomorrow...ok. Today need to do things super-fast. Hence, the short updates. GTG...

CNY celebration
06 February 2008

Took time off to send Marsya to school. And after that I need to go to work. She start school at 8am today for the CNY celebration. Let her wore the Cheongsam pants and she look sweet in it.

She's happy that she got to meet her friends at school. Marsya is very close to one boy, Shafiq. He stayed in the same block with us but on the 4th floor. Shafiq was late today. Marsya keep asking for him. So when he arrived, Marsya look delighted.

See, she's sitting beside Shafiq, her bestfriend.

She's already back at home now. Hubby is on his way back home. As for me, I will only allowed to leave office at 2pm instead of 12.30pm as per what I thought. This is not half day!

Lin's Wedding
05 February 2008

Congratulations to Lin & Shah!

Attended their wedding on Sunday, 3.2.2008. Lin is my ITE classmates. Lin and Shah got to know each other since they are in secondary school.

It's such a grand wedding. The colour combination for the deco is sooooo sweet.

Rayyan look so obedient standing at the wedding dais.

Morning Blues
02 February 2008

I'm at work! Nothing much to do. I snap a few pictures of myself to release the boredom of working on Saturday.

Just having fun!!!

After that it's time for breakfast.

2 piece of bread and a cup of pepsi! Not tea or coffee!

Got to tell you about my boy-boy, Rayyan. He has been throwing down things from the living room window! The first time, I saw, was a tissue box. Already landed on the ground floor directly below my unit. I was on my way back home from work and I saw something that looks familiar. I went nearer and saw the Pooh tissue box. I knew that this must be from my house.

I reached home and asked Marsya. She told me that Rayyan was the one who threw it. I scolded him but I knew that he won't be able to understand as he's just coming to 2 years old!

The 2nd time, I was at home. I saw him took a motorcycle side mirror from the drawer. It belongs to hubby. I don't know why he still keep it. The motorcycle have been sold away years back. Suddenly, I heard a loud crack sound. Rayyan has thrown the mirror down again! My heart nearly drop and I quickly carry Rayyan away from the window. I'm afraid that the mirror might have hit someone or worst still, a small kid! I peeped down and saw nobody. Wah!!!! Lucky me!

And yesterday, this is what I saw,

A cracked bottle at the ground floor. Again?! I picked it up. There's half filled of water in it. Imagine if it has hit people's head? I brought it back home and showed my kids. Again, Marsya said that Rayyan was the culprit.

Maybe its my fault too. I should not put the coffee table near the window. Rayyan always climb on it wanted to look out from the window. But definitely, the window grilles will always lock for safety reasons. To avoid any mishap, I moved the table away to another area.

Hubby had a sudden fever yesterday night. He was alright when he came back from work. Nothing unusual. We watched 'Lady Boss' together. No more Tom & Jerry for the kids! I lied to Marsya that there's no Tom & Jerry on every Friday. Got to say that if not I will always never had a chance to watch any shows/movies on TV!

I woke up at around 1 plus in the morning. Hubby is shivering. I felt his body and it feels hot. He could not sleep well. But before I woke up, I had a dream.. a bad dream. I dreamt of someone whom I knew, very close. He commited suicide and came back to haunt me! In my dreams, he was playing with my master bedroom door. And stood at the doorway. It seems real! When I woke up, I don't dare to look at the door! Even when I talked to hubby, I cover my face with a pillow! As and when I take a quick look at him. Want to know whom I dreamt of? Its not hubby....eemmmm lets just it be my secret.

Looonnnggg Break
01 February 2008

It's official! Finally! All of us have been waiting for the good news!

At last, today, we were being informed that on 9th Feb, our office will be officially closed for the day! Hooray!

It would be very dissappointed if we were have to come back to the office after the 2 days of public holidays.

So, where are we heading to during the CNY? Where else? To the beach! It has already been planned. We will be going there with my parents and our makciks and pakciks.
