I have applied for so many jobs since early August. Not even one called me for an interview. What happened? Am I not suitable enough?

Maybe its because I did not possess a higher qualification? 24 Aug 07, I submitted my resume again.

10-15 minutes after that, I received a call.

I thought it is just an agent who want to talk to me about insurance, but to my surprise, a lady, Ms Evy called me to come down for an interview.

Appointment was made on the 29th Aug. After the interview, as per normal, told me to wait for call.

Nearly a week, no call from her. So I thought if I still could not get a job, I intend to apply one at the NTUC Supermarket.

Just like my Aunt Mida. She got a job there and guess what? She lost a lot of weight after she started work there. Nah...just joking.

I believe her weight lost is due to a handling a lot of task on her own such as housework, taking care of children and working part time.

Wanted to give up when suddenly ....kringgg....my heart beat very fast.

Got the job?

She said, "Suhaida, we would like to offer you the job. Please come down to sign the contract."

Ha..No more interview. Will start work on 17 Sept 07.

Worst thing is that, after I got the job, about 3-4 company called me up for an interview. Some even offer me a better salary. UUurrgghhh!!!! So frustrating..

Got to expand my wardrobe. No more wearing uniforms.
