Taxis fare are very expensive after they announced the new implementation for taxis fare recently. Especially during the peak period.

My colleague, who stayed in Ang Mo Kio, once took a cab to Jurong. She was surprised to see that the meter for the peak period surcharge increased too by every 5 or 10 cents.

At the end of the journey, she had to paid about $7 plus just for the peak period surcharge! I can buy a 700g of milk powder for my kids! What a waste!

But what can we do as Singaporeans? We can do nothing about it! Just pay and pay lah.....
